Do you want to become Team of Two certified so that you can obtain coaching skills to help other couples become a Team of Two?

DESCRIPTION of Certification:  Focus On Purpose offers 9 one-hour training sessions by phone over a period of 3 months. As a couple, you will meet with Dave and Dawn by phone on a conference call. They will train you how to coach other couples using the Team of Two model. Then you will be trained to take another couple through the process before the end of the course.(NOTE: You will benefit in your own marriage first and then you can coach others.) Upon certification, you will be able to coach other couples using our model and materials.

PREREQUISITES: The prerequisites for this certification include Leading From Your Strengths Certification and Life Purpose Certification.

COST: The cost for certification is $1,500/couple. There are two methods of payment:

• Option #1 - If you choose to pre-pay by check, there is a discount
• Option # 2 - You may make three monthly payments of $500.

DESCRIPTION of the Concept: Married couples who are active in business or ministry often find themselves in parallel but separate activities. Discover how to coach other couples to have a joint vision as a Team of Two in which both of them are vital with clearly defined roles.

You will be equipped to coach couples who are:

• Starting to go separate ways instead of doing things together
• Feeling isolated, lonely or even a bit angry by the lack of a joint vision
• Finding it difficult to communicate lately
• Trying to navigate through chaos in your home and personal life

For those couples who are in business or leadership, the pressures on their personal and home life can be quite intense. Whereas once they were working together as a team, perhaps they are now slowly drifting apart.

Dave and Dawn have coached hundreds of couples and heard many marriage stories with reoccurring themes.

As a married couple in both business AND leadership who has been married since 1975, we can offer skill-based coaching/consulting by telephone to train couples to move forward in their marriages as a Team of Two with a joint vision. Then you can use those skills and methods to coach other couples.

We will help you address what isn’t working and open up channels of communication. Then we will re-focus on where you desire to go in your marriage as a Team of Two.

These sessions are private and confidential. They are not therapy or marriage counseling, but profound help with calming some of the storms that all marriages experience sooner or later.

Through these sessions, we will help you to:

• Learn how to have a joint vision
• Gain insights into each other’s behavioral styles
• Learn skills to fully listen and communicate with each other
• Refocus on a positive direction in your relationship
