During this workshop, you will learn 8 creative strategies to eliminate environmental situations that are slowing you down and draining your energy so that you can concentrate on being the leader you were meant to be.

Leading From Your Strengths® -  Take yourself and your team to the next level by helping each team member KNOW who they are, LIKE who they are and BE who they are.  This workshop will maximize team relationships and skills by focusing on strengths and blending differences. An online behavioral assessment is included and is designed to maximize relationships by focusing on strengths and blending differences.

Develop Your Joint Vision as a Team of Two - Do you know what big dream God wants you to accomplish as a married couple? Discover a 4- Step method for defining your joint vision in 15 words or less.

Communicating as a Team of Two - Simple but Not Easy - Under stress, couples tend to retreat to the isolation of doing ministry alone, which destroys the team. This option is designed to unite the team by providing 10 effective communication tools.

Team Teaching as a Team of Two - Couples often find it a real challenge to teach together considering the very different styles of preparation and presentation. This option focuses on developing your unique teaching approach.

Couple De-Cluttering - Is environmental clutter one of the sources of conflict in your home or married life? Has professional and personal disorganization hindered you from moving forward in your life together?  Do you desire more space, time and energy? Learn strategies for  clearing clutter, simplifying your life and setting priorities which help you thrive as a couple.

PAIRS® Essentials - Do you wish you had a way to develop meaningful relationships?  This training offers 20 communication tools such as how to fully listen, how to have a fair fight and how to cure emotional allergies.  PAIRS® Essentials is professionally guided training in how to sustain a deeply connected relationship.  It is a comprehensive program in which couples and singles learn the principles and skills necessary to maintain a satisfying, healthy relationship. This retreat equips couples with a full set of tools to learn and experience communication skills that will build intimacy in your marriage.

Keeping In Step With Your Mate - Using the principles of dancing, this unique conference offers strategies for designing a successful marriage without stepping on each other’s toes.  The concept of “lovingly leading” will be presented to husbands; and wives will learn how important it is to “respectfully follow”.

Authentic Leadership at the Core - Discover the secret of true leadership.  It begins at the core of the individual and radiates outward.  When the leader is authentic at the core, he/she will attract others to the team!  This workshop addresses four areas of authenticity at the core: Vision, Trust, Systems and Attraction.

The Cry of the Pastor’s Wife - One unique challenge in the pastorate is the loneliness of the pastor’s wife. We offer a safe environment for the pastoral couple to discover how she can team with him in one of the ministries.
