Leading From Your Strengths Certification

Leading from your Strengths assessments are designed for individuals and teams. They help the leader understand his/her behavior style as well as the style of each team member

The class consists of 4 one-hour conference calls by phone with assignments given between each session.

Dates: January 8, 15, 22, 29 - 2008 (Tuesdays)

Time:
3 pm-4 pm EST

Cost:
$249 per person for training -  plus $49 for materials

Upon completion of Leading From Your Strengths training, you will:

• Be certified as a Leading From Your Strengths practitioner
• Understand the dynamics of the assessment and its applications
• Be equipped as a leader to use the assessment with your team
• Be able to display a Leading From Your Strengths certificate
