Dave and Dawn Lind are the founders and co-owners of Focus On Purpose®  - a marriage and life coaching business that offers telephone coaching, workshops, retreats and assessments.

They each have over 30years of experience in leadership, motivational speaking and coaching.

With a Master’s degree in teaching, Dawn was an adjunct professor at the University of Vermont prior to becoming a certified professional life coach.  As a graduate of Coach University & member of International Coach Federation, she holds coaching certifications through ICF (International Coach Federation) at the PCC level; IAC (International Association of Coaches), CVCC (Coachville Certified Coach) and CPCC (Christian Professional Certified Coach).

Dave, with a background in electrical engineering, has been a pastor since 1981 and has a weekly TV ministry. He has earned a Masters of Ministry degree and has attended ILCT (The Institute for Life Coach Training ). He is a 2003 graduate of Ministry Advantage  - a pastor’s coaching system for intensive coaching and training in strategic and leadership systems.  In 2005, he was featured in Leadership Journal Magazine as a “turn around church” pastor.

The Linds are certified trainers for Leading From Your Strengths® assessments (Level I) and PAIRS®. As national speakers and workshop leaders for the Association of Marriage and Family Ministries (AMFM) , they oversee the AMFM Couples In Leadership Team.  As founders of Healthy Christian Marriages, they coach pastoral couples to lead marriage initiatives and conferences.  They are certified in Prepare and Enrich. Dave and Dawn are privileged to serve as part of the teaching and leadership staff for The Leadership Center in Wolfeboro, NH.

As Dream Giver Coaches (2003-2004) for best-selling author Bruce Wilkinson, they had been involved in several seminars with Bruce; and Dawn spent two weeks in South Africa with him on a project.

Married in 1975, Dawn and Dave have three sons, two daughers-in-law and two precious grandchildren. They reside in beautiful New England.
