    • Three 60-minute coaching sessions by phone per month
    • A minimum 6-month coaching commitment is required
    • E-mail support. We will respond to your e-mails within 24 hours Monday-Thursday.
    • On-the-spot coaching. Call us and tell us about your successes or your immediate coaching needs. (We ask that you keep these calls 10-15 minutes.)

    Retainer Option: $2 per minute (min. of 20 minutes) - Starting at $120/package

    On-the-Spot Coaching and Brainstorming

    After our clients have completed their coaching package, they often desire occasional coaching on a periodic basis.  If that is the case, you can purchase packages starting at $120.

    Examples may include opportunities to:

    • gain perspective in a particular area
    • focus on one aspect of your life
    • create a pro-con list
    • plan for a major event
    • decide whether to hire or fire an assistant
    • deal with a difficult person
    • sort out a situation as a married couple in leadership
    • gain clarity regarding a potential move

    Cost: $249 for 4 sessions

    includes:

    • One on-line strengths assessment
    • Four 40-minute coaching sessions by phone over a 2 month period
    • Many tips to help you get organized (your style)
